My Conair Ion Shine works great!

But I do agree, letting your hair air dry does make it much more healthy!
Conair
Hot Tools Brand is expensive but a good purchase, you can find them at Sally's or Trade Secrets. Use a difusser to eliminate frizz and use products that do not have silicone in them. Try a conditioning gloss also, it helps moisturize %26amp; add shine.

Have fun!
Letting your hair dry naturally is the best way to prevent damage altogether.
Get the kind that has the ionized air. I know very little about styling hair, but I know that when I use this kind of dryer it doesn't make my hair knot up or frizz out even though I don't use a brush when I blowdry.
Elchim is a great professional dryer (rather expensive though). The real key to avoiding dryer damage is not to use it on the hottest setting, get a dryer that has a medium setting and don't hold the dryer too close to the hair shaft while drying. It may take a bit longer to dry but your hair will be in much better condition.
